What are the addresses of the wedding ceremony and reception venues?

The Ceremony, Cocktail Reception, & Evening Reception will all be held at the same venue.

The Cambridge Mill @ 100 Water St. North, Cambridge, Ontario N1R 1P1

What is the wedding day itinerary?

The Ceremony will start at 2:00PM in The Pavilion, the chapel located to the right of the mill.

The Cocktail Reception will commence after the ceremony, at 3PM in the Solarium.

The Evening Reception and dinner will start at 5PM in The Falls Room, next to the Solarium.

What time should I arrive at your wedding ceremony?

The Pavilion is open for The Ceremony at 2:00PM.

Since The Ceremony begins at 2:15PM, it will be closed by 2:30PM to avoid any disruptions from late attendees. We appreciate your punctuality!

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

The Ceremony will be held indoors at The Pavilion, a glass-encased chapel located to the right of The Cambridge Mill. Their large Juliet inspired windows will give us an outdoor feel, whilst still sheltering us from the elements should it rain.

The Cocktail and Evening Reception will be held indoors as well, between 3PM-12AM.

Is there parking available near The Cambridge Mill?

Yes! There is a large parking lot, and free parking spaces available in front of both entrances for our event.

What is the dress code for your wedding?

Black Tie &/or Formal Attire

Are there any colors or styles you'd prefer me to wear?

We hope to see you all looking your best, and ask that you refrain from wearing any shades of white. Thank you for your understanding!

Am I allowed to take photos during The Ceremony?

No, we kindly ask that our friends and family be fully present with us during our ceremony and vows. Please unplug by switching off your phone/ringer and put away your cameras until our First Kiss. Thank you!

Can I take pictures and post wedding photos during the Cocktail Hour and Evening Reception?

Absolutely, yes! Please feel free to snap pictures and post the rest of the night. Don’t forget to tag the Bride and Groom!

Will there be food and drinks during The Cocktail Reception?

Yes! There will be hot and cold hors d’oeuvres served during cocktail hour. Alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks will be served at the open bar. Be sure to try the His and Hers choice of drinks!

What are the choices of entrée and when do I get to decide?

Once our appetizers are served, you will have the following choices of entrées:

-Braised Beef Short Rib with peppercorn sauce, or

-Cut Beef Sirloin with bordelaise sauce, or

-Pan Seared Chicken Breast with wild mushroom, goat cheese, and a mushroom cream sauce, or

-Maple & Mustard Glazed Atlantic Salmon

You will be able to choose your entrée during the dinner service. See Menu for more details!

Will there be an open bar?

Yes! Open bar includes alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, full cocktail service in the Solarium throughout the night, and unlimited pour during dinner wine service.

What do I do if I can’t make it?

We’re sorry to hear you can’t make it! You will be able to decline the invitation on the RSVP page. Thank you for replying!

Am I allowed to bring a plus one, or my children?

Due to limited seating at our venue, we are inviting only our close friends & families. We have indicated all invited guests by name on your invitation, including any significant others and children.
