There is no parking allowed at the wedding venue. All guests will be shuttled back and forth between the Incline Lodge and the wedding venue, The Thunderbird Lodge. It is about 15-20 minutes from Incline Village. For guests not staying at Incline Lodge, there will be available parking at the Lodge or at the church across the street. Shuttles will depart the Incline Lodge at 2:30 pm and the final returning bus will be 10:00 pm.

Dress code is semi-formal. Jackets or warm outerwear is recommended as the wedding is outdoor and it can get cold at night. Please wear or bring comfortable shoes, there are uneven and narrow walkways and lots of stairs throughout the property.
