They grew up in the same town and attended the same schools, one grade apart. However, they didn't see much of each other until college when Lindsay became really close friends with Steve's sister, Katie.

Over the course of their friendship many people suggested that they would be great together, but the timing was just not right. UNTIL one night in February of 2020. February 22nd to be exact (Did you know that happens to be National Margarita Day!? LOL) They gathered at the Burke's house for a get together to have margaritas with close friends and ended up talking all night. So with just a little bit of help from tequila their friendship turned into something more. They went on to have our first date at a Mexican restaurant and they have been inseparable ever since, even through a pandemic!

In April 2021 Steve & Lindsay moved in together.

On August 21, 2022, Steve brought Lindsay to the end of the dock at Lake Winnipesaukee to take a photo like they have done every year before. However, this year during the photos Steve got down on one knee and proposed. It was perfect.

On Saturday October 7, 2023, they will make it official and say "I DO" in front of all their loved ones overlooking the Berkshires at the venue. They can't wait to celebrate in a big way with all their friends & family!
