Lindsay and Michael met at work, they were both covering overnight shifts at the time. They often crossed paths, but Michael was too shy to say hello. (At this point of the story, you must know that there is one bar in Boston that serves bloody marys at 8:00am, that's the Pour House on Boylston Street.) After ending a shift, Lindsay was at the ATM and saw Michael walking by, she stopped him dead in his tracks and finally introduced herself. His adorable smile swept her right off her feet and she asked him to join her for breakfast and bloodys (he declined). Instead, he requested that she send him an email and let him know how it was (she didn't).

A few weeks later, Mike reached out to Lindsay. They began exchanging novel size emails and got to know each other quite well. Finally, Michael took her up in the breakfast date. At 8:00am on April 18, 2009 they had their very first date at the Pour House in Boston. The rest is history..

It was love at first site and they fell madly in love with each other.

Not long after falling in love, they got their first apartment in Charlestown, MA and adopted the sweetest Shiba Ina puppy, Kaiden James. They spent the next few years falling deeper in love, traveling to faraway places and planning the rest of their lives together.

Michael and I love summer. The warm sun, beach sands and relaxing on a boat is what we live for. When Mike asked me to join him in Ft. Lauderdale for a weekend, I didn't think twice before packing my bags.

On the evening of August 23, 2015 we grabbed a bottle of Cabernet and went down to the beach to catch the sunset. After walking about one mile on the sand, Mike found the perfect spot. We settled down and enjoyed our wine. He suggested that we take a picture with the sunset in the background. After several photos, I turned around to see Michael down on his knee.. in between tears he managed to pop the question... and I managed to say yes!! Best day of my life.

After 8 months, 6 cities, 4 countries and countless venues we finally settled on the Trump International in Sunny Isles, Florida. We're so happy to celebrate our special day with you!
