The wedding and reception will both be at Woodfire Lodge in Brillion, WI. Their address is: 2687 Man Cal Rd, Brillion, WI 54110

Ceremony will start promptly at 4:00pm, a reception will start at 4:30pm after the ceremony, and dinner will start at 5:30pm.

Semi-formal dress is preferred, but since we will be outside for the ceremony, please dress in something that is comfortable.

Although we cannot predict the weather, our wedding will be in the hottest/sunniest part of summer, so you might want to have sunscreen and something to keep you cool.

Our ceremony will be roughly 30 minutes outdoors with not a lot of shade expected. Our venue does have air conditioning, though.

We’ll have a cocktail hour immediately following the ceremony. Light bites and cocktails will be available. The wedding party and family will do some photos during this hour time.

Dinner will start after the cocktail hour around 5:30pm. We will be doing a buffet style with fresh-herb and lemon salmon and pork with mustard sauce as our main dishes with plenty of yummy sides.

We are NOT doing a seating chart. We will, however, have name placards for everyone to place at a table setting, so you can reserve your seat with friends. Dinner will last about an hour and a half to allow everyone to get through the buffet lines a few times, speeches, and first dances.

We are not able to provide a bus to and from the venue, so it is best to drive or carpool with others. There is PLENTY of parking at the venue, though, so you're welcome to drive!

Yes, but PLEASE let us know who will be joining so we can plan accordingly. “Busy bags” will be provided for all the kiddos to keep them occupied during the ceremony and dinner. We also plan to have an outdoor “treasure hunt” for the kids to do during the cocktail hour.

We do NOT have a hotel block, but there are plenty of places listed on our website for places to stay. We HIGHLY recommend booking your hotel now/as soon as you know you’re attending. Our wedding is the same weekend as EAA, which is a HUGE aviation conference that often has hotels booked quickly.
