IMPORTANT DEADLINES: Wedding Date: June 27, 2026 March 25th, 2026: Last day to book within the group block to join in on the wedding festivities and receive the discounted rate. April 23, 2026: Final hotel room balance payment is due. This will be charged to the credit card used at the time of booking. You are able to edit the booking and modify the payment method at any time. June 25th - 26th, 2026: Arrive in Mexico RESERVE YOUR ROOM IN OUR ROOM BLOCK:UNDER THE TRAVEL TAB Other things to do: * Book your flight * Airport transfers will be included on your reservation for the first 2 guests for free. * Should you have more than 2 guests on your reservation please see the airport transfer information in the accommodations section.

Our Wedding

Our Story | EST 2020

It all started in June 2020 at Grain Rooftop Bier garden — during the era of DIY facemasks and socially-distanced happy hours. I brought a friend out for a casual evening, and halfway through our visit, our original server disappeared. That’s when he showed up. Ryan was the goofy bartender who swooped in to save the day — charming, funny, and (despite the spongebob mask) kind of cute. He made sure we were taken care of... and maybe even made up a reason for me to come back after dinner. I took a chance, scribbled my number on the receipt, and the rest? Game over. Ryan says his first thought was, “Who is this super cute, outgoing, bubbly girl who just sat at my bar?” Turns out, fate had just served up something better than either of us expected. Since then, our lives have been full of laughter, disc golf adventures, cozy movie nights, fancy date nights, and dog cuddles. We adopted our two pups, Wren and Lady, bought a house we made into a home, and as time went on, we realized this was more than just fun — this was forever. In May 2025, Ryan brought me on an adventure of a lifetime to visit his family in the UK. While in Scotland, he insisted we got a picture on the iconic Swilcan Bridge at St. Andrews, and then popped the question! We can’t wait to celebrate this next chapter with all of you. How to Read the Rates for Hard Rock Heaven: 1. Rates are listed per night. 2. SGL (single) and DBL (double) are the same nightly rates whether you have 1 adult in the room or 2 adults in the room. Extra adult rates are the nightly rate per 1 adult. 3. Wednesday rates are different from Thursday - Saturday rates. 4. Example: 2 adults staying in a deluxe gold king bed for 3 nights (Thursday - Sunday) would be $1,389.00. $463 x 3 nights = $1,389.00 5. Max allotment for standard rooms - 2 adults. The only room that allows 3 adults is Deluxe Gold Double Beds.

** IMPORTANT: Please review the following steps carefully. 1) Each wedding guest will be responsible for securing their reservation by booking online via the link provided.2) Reservations must be secured with a MasterCard or Visa card valid up to departure date.3) Only 1 credit card will be accepted as payment for each reservation.4) Wedding guests will be charged a $200 per room deposit at time of booking.5) Partial stay attendees sharing a room are required to stay a minimum of 3 nights.6) FINAL PAYMENT: 60 days prior to arrival the credit card used at the time of booking will be charged the remaining balance due.7) You are able to edit the booking and modify the payment method at any time.8) Each attendee is responsible for their own room and incidental charges.

Email is a quicker response. HOW MUCH TIP MONEY SHOULD I BRING? This is really up to you, but the reviews we've read re: service were great and tipping is always very much appreciated. We recommend bringing around $40/day per person in small bills $1, $5, and $10 (shuttle driver, bell hop, servers, bartenders, housekeeping, room service). If you run out of cash, there is an ATM on property that dispenses USD and the servers are happy to help you break large bills. PASSPORT INFO: Your passport must be valid&nbsp;during the entirety of your trip. Please ensure that your passport is valid for 6 months longer than your intended travel time. If you have specific questions, please contact the airline(s) you will be flying with directly.
