We met during the Covid era of 2020 when online dating was one of the only ways to meet new people. Brian was the first person that Lindsay ever messaged first on Hinge. She had seen his profile pop up a few times and eventually her roommate at the time, Emily, convinced her to message him. The first message was "that's a nice waterfall you've got there". The conversation quickly moved off of Hinge.

A couple days after starting to text, we planned our first date at Mezcal in Worcester.

Shortly after we met, Lindsay acquired a new friend on a whim.

Since we met during Covid in the winter, we had to get creative with some early date ideas. Brian suggested watching the MCU which gave us 22 movies to work with, with more being released soon.

22+ movie dates later, we finally went outside... Only kidding, but this trip to the rail trail in Essex, CT gave us our first photo together!

For Christmas, we bought tickets for each other's favorite teams, the Celtics for Brian and the Bruins for Lindsay. They both were the weekend of our first anniversary, so we went to Boston for a long weekend. The Bruins won in OT against the Capitals 3-2, but the Celtics were underwhelming.

A few weeks later, we were back at TD Garden to watch UMASS beat UCONN 2-1 in OT during the Hockey East finals!

Throughout 2022, Lindsay spent roughly half her time in Belgium for work, but we were able to sneak in a relaxing week at an all-inclusive resort in Curaçao. This was our first real vacation together.

We continued sharing our love for sports at our first Red Sox game during one of Lindsay's weekends at home. The Sox walked off the Yankees 3-2 in extra innings!

2022 was the first New Year's Eve that we were able to spend together. We went out with some friends in Boston to celebrate.

Lindsay finally convinced Brian to run a 5K with her after two years of trying. Lindsay got 2nd in her age group and Brian participated 😊

We took a trip with Lindsay's family to the Conway Scenic Railroad in New Hampshire during peak leaf-peeping season. No milestones here, just a nice picture.

Halloween 2023 was our first Halloween party together! We went as some of our favorite childhood characters, Bill Nye the Science Guy and Ms. Frizzle.

We got away for a long weekend road trip to Montreal around Brian's 27th birthday. We had a great time exploring the city during some late-fall snow.

We celebrated our 3rd anniversary on a volcano in Auckland, New Zealand! We hiked to the summit and through some of the lava caves.

After attending a wedding in Australia, we road-tripped along the Great Ocean Road between Adelaide and Melbourne. The views were stunning.

She said yes!

Now we're up to today where we're enjoying our engagement and wedding planning 😊
