Hello everyone! Less than two weeks away! We are so excited! Here are some “need to know” items before our big day.

1. You will enter at the “Suite Entrance” You can park anywhere, but if you are going to keep your car overnight please park in the lot under the Bridge.

2. Doors will open at 6pm. Ceremony starts at 6:30

3. The venue takes credit or debit card only.

4. We are requesting a simple rapid test done before the wedding so everyone can stay safe and party comfortably. Sams Club has a great deal on the 15-minute tests.

5. We will be providing heavy appetizers, beer, wine, and soda.

6. Shuttle will be provided from the venue to the Blackhawk from 9:30-12:30. Please no drinking and driving!

7. Happy hour will be begin immediately following the ceremony while we finish up photos.

8. We are working on getting the ceremony live to those that can’t make it. We will send out a link prior to ceremony.

We hope you and yours are healthy and safe during this time, and we appreciate all the love and support we’ve received from each of you. Collin and I wanted to continue to give an update on how we are staying up to date with life and the world today in combination with our wedding. We understand that our wedding will be a larger gathering than most of us have been to in years. With that being said, we want to be as mindful as we can so that everyone is able to celebrate with us comfortably and safely. We please ask…

-if you plan on celebrating with us, please RSVP by December 1st.

-(even if responded yes) if you are sick please stay home. Hopefully this doesn’t happen, but if it does, we would be happy to shower you with photos and a “FaceTime” date to catch you up when we get back from our honeymoon.

-we are requesting all guests to test negative, with their test of choice prior to the event (Walgreens test you can purchase over the counter-this is the one that doesn’t go all the way up your nose, any test at your doctors, Walgreen free rapid tests, etc., whichever test is the most convenient for you and your travel situation). Please if you have any questions or need help finding options for free testing do not hesitate to reach out.

-Masks will be available if you wish to utilize.
