Tom and I met in sophomore year of high school. Ironically it was in art class! (He stole my seat halfway through the semester…but he doesn’t like admitting that 😜). We started talking to each other when we both recognized a song our teacher was playing in class, thus began our friendship! It wasn’t until senior year that we had our first official date: senior prom! I remember feeling so nervous that my hands were shaking when I put his boutonnière on. We had a fantastic time and quickly got into a relationship. Since then, our story has been filled with wonderful memories, hard lessons, and triumphs. He has truly become my person, the love of my life, and I cannot wait to spend the rest of my life with him.
