Lindsay and David knew of each other through working at Ramsey Solutions and attending Wellspring Church in Franklin, Tennessee. Their paths crossed more meaningfully when they began attending Bible Study classes at church, and from there, their relationship began. They’ve been inseparable ever since and are deeply grateful for how God has brought them together.

From early on, Lindsay and David sensed that this was a relationship meant for marriage. Their first date—a simple coffee outing—quickly turned into lunch, and it wasn’t long before David swept Lindsay off her feet by taking her to dancing lessons for their third date on Valentine’s Day. They soon realized how aligned they were in their faith, values, love for family—and even their shared love for cats! Together, they enjoy spending time in nature, watching movies, cooking, and simply doing life side by side.

Lindsay cherishes David’s care, kindness, and gentle strength. She is especially grateful for the way he loves her selflessly and helps draw her closer to Jesus. To Lindsay, David is her love, her best friend, and her safe place. David adores Lindsay’s smile, her beautiful heart, and the way she loves him and everyone around her. He treasures her faith and her desire to encourage and uplift others in every season.

David proposed on the evening of Thursday, April 24th. While they dreamed aloud about life together, David expressed how much he loves Lindsay and the life he hopes to build with her. Through happy tears, he told her he wanted to be the "cherry on top" of her redemption story—and then asked her to marry him. Lindsay's joyful tears turned into excitement as she said yes! David had picked out the ring all by himself, and Lindsay was overjoyed and surprised by how perfect it was. While she had a feeling a proposal was near, David managed to turn it into a moment she didn’t see coming.

Lindsay and David are overjoyed to start their life together—growing as a couple, as a family with David’s children, and also with their extended families and loved ones. They can’t wait to see what the future holds!
