Our Wedding

Lindsay and I met in February 2021. We had matched on a dating site and chit chatted for about a week or so before she agreed to go on a date with me to the Frosty Frog. Little did I know this was where I would meet the love of my life. From the moment she walked through the door, I knew this was the girl of my dreams. After talking and going on dates for several weeks, I was convinced that this was it”. When we had plans to go out again, Lindsay disappeared or ghosted me, as most people call it. Several weeks went by and still no word. I kept wondering what I did or said to make her disappear so suddenly. So late one night after a few drinks I thought I would reach out one last time to see if I could get a response. My text wrote So why did you ghost me, its not even Halloween 👻 ? I completely did not expect to receive a response, but I just wanted to know what changed. Not even 5 minutes go by when I received a text. She explained everything to me and thats when I found out that she felt the same way about me! Lindsay was in love and didnt know what to do because everything seemed to be moving so fast. We agreed to take it slow and the rest was history. From going on family trips, to playing with our dogs on the beach, or just spending a lazy Sunday together, our love continued to grow. Three years later I asked her to marry me. Lindsay has been there for me through every hurdle and every up and down, and I couldnt imagine spending my life with anyone else. I LOVE YOU ❤️

Our Story ... Jake's Perspective

Jake and I met for drinks and a doggie playdate with Ollie and Molly... while they hit it off, so did we. We immediately bonded over our same silly sense of humor. Over the next few weeks, we spent a lot of time texting and talking on the phone when we weren't hanging out. As Jake stated, there was a gap in our relationship; it was only five days before we picked back up. 😂 Fast forward; about 8 months into our relationship, one night we were sitting on the couch watching a movie. Jake looked at me and told me he loves me, and in that moment, the way he said it, I just knew that he was the one for me. We truly started out as two totally opposite people, but opposites surely do attract. We have molded into the same person, with the same interests, that share the same emotions. During our three years together, I have been lucky enough to share some big celebrations with Jake. Only a couple of months into our relationship he started his own company and it's been so fun to watch him blossom in his career. We welcomed two new dogs into our family, making three who are our entire world. We even bought our first house together and are working to turn it into a home. He has been such a wonderful man who has supported me every single step of the way, and has always been there for me through every bit of good and bad. He is my absolute best friend and most favorite person in the world. I am so excited to take this next step and to share it with all of the people who have shown us unconditional love and support along the way. Oh, and a HUGE thank you to Ollie Grey Willard and Molly Mae Hawkins for bringing us together and making our first date so much fun! ❤️

*Please note we will prioritize housing immediate family traveling from out of town first* The Owners Club is located inside of a private gated community right outside of Indigo Run, less than 5 minutes from our venue. The homes are private 3 bedroom/3 bathroom villas with full kitchens and living rooms. We will have a total of 6 villas (18 bedrooms and bathrooms total). Most homes have kings, queens, and twins. Pricing is $100 per night per villa + housekeeping fee, with the earliest check in date being Wednesday, April 9th, 2025 if you wanted to make a trip out of it, but you may check in as late as Saturday morning if you'd like. The latest check out date will be Sunday, April 13th, 2025. **Extensions beyond this date will not be available** Due to limited housing, we are prioritizing traveling family/wedding party attendees first. If you need housing, please reach out to Lindsay at 843-540-4050 as soon as possible, I will be coordinating housing arrangements with the club manager.

Our favorite beach in all of Hilton Head - Mitchellville Beach! We have spent a lot of time taking the dogs for walks and enjoying the scenery on this beach.

Spend a day in Sea Pines exploring the Nature Preserve, taking a stroll through Harbourtown and visiting the infamous lighthouse! Kayaking and other water sports are also offered right in Harbourtown, as well as South Beach.

Anne is a hard working, dedicated mom and wife to her loving husband David, beautiful son Connor, and beautiful daughter Charlotte. 
She been a huge part of my life practically since I moved to Hilton Head in 2016. We met when I began working at Ashley Furniture. On my first day on the floor, she walked up to me and excitedly shouted "DO YOU WANT TO BE MY BESTIE?" and I was thinking "wow this girl is nuts... i love it" and BOOM! We have been inseparable since. We have done the most ridiculously hilarious things together over the years. Anytime I need a laugh, an organizing partner, the "on switch" to the part of my brain that feels like it isn't working... she is my girl. She always knows what I want or what I need when I don't. That's how I knew she would be the perfect person to help me throughout this entire process, from day of engagement, to the day I walk down the aisle and say "I do."

She is dedicated to assisting with wedding planning and keeping me together in the stressful moments throughout this process. Jake and I are so blessed to have her by our side on our special day!

Nicole and I have known each other since preschool, and have been best friends since. From then, to this day, this girl still watches out for me in every single thing that I do. I have always called her the older sister I've always wanted but never had. For a long time, we actually made people believe we were sisters as we both always had dark hair, blue eyes, and rounder faces. We were inseparable for so many years - every free moment we weren't working, we were always together. We never let a relationship, other friends, or even life in general get in the way. Her family welcomed me into their family, and my family welcomed her into ours. She has been with me since my very first boyfriend, and now she is ready to help me seal the deal with my final boyfriend. We don't see each other as often as we liked because we now live in different states, but we do still make the effort to see each other and talk to each other as much as possible. She is one of the very few friends who has stayed in contact with me well after moving out of North Carolina. She knows almost everything about my entire life, and me as a person. She is one of the most loyal people I have ever met, and she would give her shirt off her back to a complete stranger if they needed it. I'm so excited to have her by my side on our special day.

Julia and I met through our job in early 2019 shortly before turning into bestfriends, and then roommates. After Jake and I moved in together, she became our neighbor. Because of this, she spent a lot of time with me and Jake and has the most clear lense into our relationship. She has seen it all and has been there through it all. On the days that I feel anything less than perfect, she is my hype girl and reminds me that every single day you wake up should be appreciated whether it's a good or a bad day. We talk almost every single morning, still to this day, before either of us even make it to work. She is one of the most outgoing, purest, genuine souls I have ever met. She is a party starter, so full of life, all while delivering the most humorous sass you can even imagine. There's nothing in this world that I can't share with her; the legit definition of a human diary! I can't thank her enough for all that she has taught me over the last few years and I can never tell her how much I appreciate her being a part of my life. 

We are so fortunate to have her joining us on our special day, I'm so excited to have her continued support!
