WHEN DO I NEED TO BOOK MY HOTEL ROOM BY?
Book by: 09/06/24. The rate is available from 09/27/2024 to 09/29/2024. Please use our CODE: Williams Czapski if you are calling to book your room.
WILL TRANSPORTATION BE AVAILABLE?
Yes! Transportation to and from the Sheraton Hotel will be available from 3 to 4:00 p.m. and again from 9 p.m. to midnight.
WHAT TIME DOES THE CEREMONY START?
The ceremony starts promptly at 4:30pm. Please arrive by 4pm to get situated.
WILL THE WEDDING BE INDOORS OR OUTDOORS?
Weather pending - the ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors on Meadowbrook's patio. The reception will be indoors.
WHAT IS THE ATTIRE?
Guests are encouraged to wear cocktail attire.
