Our Wedding

Lindsey and Jimmy’s story started on an ordinary Wednesday night in August 2018—but fate had other plans. They met at RP McMurphy’s, an Irish pub in Cincinnati, during "Mug Club." At the time, Lindsey was on summer break during law school, and Jimmy was playing for FC Cincinnati. Sparks flew quickly over a game of fingers-numbers, and they started dating soon after. A few years later, in March 2020, they took a big step and moved in together with their sweet dog, Marshall. Little did they know, the world was about to shut down. Settling into their new home—and navigating a global pandemic—they learned how to find joy in the quiet moments, long walks, and a lot of time spent at home in Covington. In 2021, life brought them to Louisville when Jimmy played for LouCity. There, they built new friendships, reconnected with old ones, and grew stronger as a couple. A year later, they returned to Cincinnati, bringing with them another four-legged family member, Oliver, and the excitement of purchasing their first home together. Now, with two dogs, two new careers, and a lifetime of shared memories already underway, Lindsey and Jimmy are ready for their next chapter—side by side.

Outdoor ice rink that takes over Elm Street Plaza open to skaters of all ages. No reservations required, all admissions are walk-ups only. Holiday Hours: Dec. 19, 2025 – Jan. 4, 2026 (hours subject to change): Every day, 9 a.m.-10 p.m.
