To start this "story" I want to let you all know I could write a book about "our story," but I will spare you all for the sake of time. - Linny

We will start by painting a picture of the two and where they were at in life when they met.

Landon had just graduated college from Liberty University in Virgina with his Bachelors of Science in Aeronautics. Landon always knew he wanted to be an airline pilot and was very driven to do so. After finishing college it led him down south to Georgia where he taught students how to fly airplanes at Falcon Aviation Academy.

Linny at this point had already graduated from Georgia Southern University and was working for the airlines already as a flight attendant. Linny's story is a little different due to the fact that she didn't really know what she wanted to do as a career. She realized after being a flight attendant for a few months that she wanted to start flight school. She always says "I can push those buttons just like they can". Unlike Landon with his driven goals to be an Airline pilot, Linny just did because she could. With no surprise she excelled at flying! ;) but the book knowledge was a different story.

They met while Linny was working on her commercial rating at Falcon. Picture a HOT day in Georgia and Linny crawling her way out of the mighty DA-40 with her instructor Cristian. Wild humid hair and sweating, Landon caught a glimpse of the fiery ginger. Good news was Cristian was his best friend and her instructor. After the flight, Landon inquired about who I was. They met in the simulator room where Landon thought it would be cool to show off his knowledge by quizzing Linny, some say he still does that today. They ended up going out on a date to get some sushi and things hit the road fast after that. Landon soon went off to the airlines and took a job in Texas which didn't know how the long distance relationship would work so they remained the term friends. It was inevitable that they were meant to be together so they made it official. Shortly after, Linny packed up and moved out to Texas where they started their new journey. Linny and Landon definitely had their differences of whose neat and clumsy but they made it work out. Fast forward a couple of years later and Landon gets hired with Delta Airlines, so they move back to Georgia but this time to the coast on Tybee Island. After a few months of settling in Landon finally asked Linny to be his wife in Costa Rica while on a vacation with their friends around. To think it has been 5 years of knowing each other, it felt like we just met yesterday. They say time flies when you are having fun and that's what we have been doing and hope to do for a lifetime. And so, their love story continues to unfold as they navigate through life's ups and downs together. With their shared passion for aviation and adventure, Linny and Landon are each other's co-pilots in this journey called life. From the skies above to the sandy beaches of Tybee Island, they always find a way to soar together, hand in hand. Their love is like a never-ending flight, full of excitement, challenges, and unforgettable memories. And as they look towards the horizon, they know that with each other by their side, they can conquer any turbulence that comes their way. Here's to many more chapters in "our story" - the story of Linny and Landon.
