The Cliffside Resort Condominiums
A block of rooms have been reserved for our guests at the Cliffside Resort Condominiums. Each condo has two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, living room w/ a sleeper sofa, kitchenette and balcony. These condos can accommodate up to of 6 guests.
Please note there is a 2-night minimum.
These rooms can be reserved by calling (800) 269-4140 before May 29, 2024 and asking for rooms in the "Ramos & Duggan Room Block"
Water Side: $399 per night
Water View: $439 per night
Water Edge: $479 per night
There is a limited amount of condominiums available, so to ensure that you get the condo type and rate, please make your plans as early as possible.
Hotel Indigo Long Island - East End, an IHG Hotel
A block of rooms have been set aside at the Hotel Indigo in Riverhead for Friday, June 28th and Saturday, June 29th, 2024. There is no minimum night requirement at this hotel.
These rooms can be reserved by calling 631.369.2200 x 0 before May 29, 2024 and asking for rooms in the "Ramos & Duggan Room Block" .

- 2 Double Beds
To ensure that you get the room type and rate, please make your plans as early as possible.

*Please note that this hotel is approximately 40 minutes away from the venue.
Shuttle Services
Shuttles will be provided to and from Peconic Bay Yacht Club.
If you are staying at the Hotel Indigo, a shuttle will depart from Hotel Indigo promptly at 4:30 PM. If you are staying at the Cliffside Resort, a shuttlewill depart from the north parking lot at 4:55 PM.
Shuttles will depart from Peconic Bay Yacht Club to the Hotel Indigo and Cliffside Resort at 11:00 PM and again at 12:30 AM.

Please note we are unable to provide transportation if you choose to stay at a hotel outside of our room blocks. But, here are a list of taxi services that you should reserve ahead of time. Ubers and taxis will be difficult to reserve the night of.
