Built in 1937 by Berry College students, the Frost Memorial Chapel is located at the foot of Lavender Mountain. Wooden beams and stainless glass windows make up the chapel's interior. Slate roofing is featured on the outside of the chapel, which has weathered over the years thereby adding to the chapel's aged appearance. Frost Chapel holds special significance to Lindsey because her parents were married there December 3, 1983.

Forrest Place is located in the historic downtown district of Rome, Georgia at 436 Broad Street. Forrest Place originally opened its doors in 1915 as The Hotel Forrest and offered furnished lodging. The Forrest Hotel was named after Brigadier General Nathan Bedford Forrest, who saved Rome from Sherman's flames during the Civil War. In its time, the hotel was host to many noted guests such as Ronald Reagan and many movie stars of the day. After the Hotel closed, the local landmark served the community as office space. During recent restorations, it was discovered that for the most part, the original ballrooms were still intact and have since been restored back to their original grandeur.
