A Roch Party Bus will be parked outside the main entrance. For guests who don't want to drive to/from the wedding, two trips will be made to Bearwood Event Barn. The riding capacity is 24 people per trip. 1:00 pm - First Shuttle 1:30 pm - Second Shuttle Unless you are taking shuttle transportation, the recommended arrival time is 1:30 pm- 1:45 pm.

Cocktails & Lawn Games

Cash Bar will open at 1:30 pm. Lawn games and snacks will be available during this time. Oxbow Zoo, less than a mile down the road, is also open until 4:00 pm.

Dinner

Catering provided by Victoria's Italian Restaurant. Gluten free and vegetarian options will be available. If there are any dietary concerns, please speak to the bride or groom.
