In order to keep guest numbers down we have only invited our direct nephews and nieces. So find a sitter and have a fun night out dancing the night away with us!

Our venue does accommodate for food allergies and they take true allergies very seriously. Your meal will be prepared in a completely separate kitchen from the rest of the food to avoid contamination. But if you do have a food allergy we need to be aware of please let us know! The ceremony is being held at a church about 15 min away from the hotel/reception location so you will have to drive there. But once you are back from the ceremony the rest of the day is at the DoubleTree!

It will be a church wedding with an evening reception so formal or cocktail attire.

Unfortunately the hotel cannot guarantee early check in on Saturday so if you want to be all settled into the hotel prior to the ceremony we recommend checking in Friday night if possible!
