A block of 25 rooms have been reserved at the Courtyard by Marriott New Bern for August 16th and 17th of 2024 for the "McCallum/Poole Wedding". The discounted rate's that will be honored are listed above. All rates are per night, plus tax.

To make individual reservations by phone call Marriott group sales at 877-863-2116 and mention the group code "MCC" or the name of the room block (McCallum/Poole Wedding) to receive access to reservations for the room block. You cannot reserve rooms by calling the hotel directly.

The cut-off date to make reservations will be July 16th, 2024.

Standard Double or King Bed rooms are available for the group rate of $199.00 per night. Use the block code "McCallum/Poole Wedding" to receive the group rate. Reservations must be made by Individual Call-In before July 16, 2024. At the cut-off date the hotel will release the unreserved rooms for general sale. All reservations must be accompanied by one night's room deposit, or guaranteed with a credit card. The hotel will not hold any reservations unless secured by one of the above methods.

King Bed Study or 2 Double Bed rooms are available for the group rate of $189.00 per night. Reservations must be made by Individual Call-In no later than July 16, 2024. After this date, all remaining rooms will be released back to the hotel and the group rate will no longer be available. Use the block code "McCallum Wedding Group" when booking rooms to receive the group rate. Credit card needed to hold reservations.

Group room rates for $189.00 plus tax (12.75%) are for a King Suite or a Suite with 2 Queen beds. Please make reservations by calling central reservations at 888.236.2427 or by contacting the hotel directly at 252.637.0017. When reaching the front desk please provide group name, "McCallum-Poole Wedding" to receive your group rate. Please make reservations no later than 7/24/2024. After that date, the group rate will no longer be available.
