ARRIVAL TIME

Please arrive at 5:30pm, ceremony will start with or without you at 6pm.

PARKING

1. Follow the parking signs to the parking lot, you'll be instructed where to park from there.

2. It is a short walk to the venue from the parking lot. It is a wooden board walk. If this walk is an issue for you please let us know so we can accommodate you.

BEVERAGES

1. Alcohol will be provided, it is an open bar (Our venue does NOT support the BYOB policy, please respect their wishes).

*Please drink responsibly and make driving accommodations as needed!

2. Water, soda, tea and other refreshments will be provided.

MEAL PROVIDED

1. Dinner palette: Spaghetti with traditional meat sauce, chicken alfredo, salad, garlic bread, green beans, mashed potatoes.

*Let us know if you have any accommodations that need to be met. (allergies, medical, etc.)

2. CAKE CAKE CAKE! Of course we will have cake... duh!

RSVP

1. Please respect our 'plus one' allotment on your invite card. Our venue has a limited amount of space and we have maxed out our head count number!

*This includes kids, friends, significant others, elders you care for, etc.

*Please try your best to figure out appropriate accommodations (child care, elder care, etc). Come to us only if it is completely impossible to resolve this issue.

*Any children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times (there is a busy road, large pond, and thick woods onsite of the venue, please be mindful of this).

PETS

Please do not bring any pets or animals. There is a large pond onsite of the wedding venue as well as thick wooded areas. Not to mention the road that the venue is located off of will have heavy traffic flow this day. This rule is for our sweet fur babies safety.
