Guests staying overnight are encouraged to check into their hotel rooms starting at 3 p.m. Guests are also welcome to toast the newlyweds at Meyer's Tavern or relax at Shelby Oaks Golf Club prior to the Reception opening at 4:30 p.m.

All events (excluding some photos) will take place indoors.

Dress code for the day is Cocktail Attire/Dressy Casual. Please avoid jeans, t-shirts, sneakers, etc... and WHITE! :)

A room block is reserved for wedding guests to book at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Sidney, an IHG Hotel. Follow the link on the "Travel" page to book before August 12. Guests can also book at the TownePlace Suites by Marriott Sidney, located just across the road.

A shuttle van will begin taking guests from the Holiday Inn and TownePlace Suites beginning at 4:00 p.m. with a second trip at 4:45 p.m. The shuttle bus will begin taking guests to the hotels starting at 10:30 p.m. with the last trip leaving at midnight.

Cars can be left in The Oaks Hall parking lot overnight, if needed.

Unless specifically noted on your invitation/online RSVP, please do not bring extra guests. Space and dining is limited to those specifically invited, so we appreciate your understanding!
