Eric and Lindsey first met through mutual friends after both moving to Addison, Texas. Lindsey quickly caught Eric’s eye and they started building a friendship through Karaoke nights and FC Dallas Games.

Eric took Lindsey on a first date to Gloria’s, and was quickly drawn to her bubbly personality. This date was so special, Eric saved their receipt, later gifting it to her on their anniversary.

Lindsey, in turn, recognized Eric’s special qualities through his thoughtful gestures and surprises like dropping off coffee in the mornings and surprising her with a Build-a-Bear giraffe and delicious steak dinner on her birthday.

Both of them got along really well, and their love grew as they pushed each other out of their comfort zones, and made memories traveling, going to concerts, and discovering new experiences together. Seven short years later, Eric pulled off the ultimate surprise: flying Lindsey to the snowy mountains of Utah where he proposed among the stunning scenery.
