We plan to start promptly at 4:00pm, so please arrive with enough time to settle in your seats. We recommend arriving no later than 3:45.

Yes! Please see the "Accommodations" tab on our website for more information. We've got some awesome cabins and rooms reserved through the venue, but if that's not a great fit for you and yours, Fredericksburg has a lot to offer. From boutique hotels to Airbnb's, lots to find for your stay!

Yes! There is parking on site next to the ceremony and reception site. Security will be directing you where to park if needed. For those staying on site, you may park next to your cottage. The venue offers golf cart shuttles from cottages to the ceremony.

Somewhere between smart casual and Texas formal. For our non-Lone Star family and friends, Texas formal encourages a sharp pair of boots, dark jeans (extra points for starched creases), a great Western dress shirt and a jacket. (Extra, extra points if you break out a killer felt cowboy hat. Levi is also a fan of bolo ties.) We want you to look and feel your best! For the ladies, Western wedding attire or semi-formal attire is preferred, don't be afraid to pull out the boots! ;-)

The Lodge at Country Inn Cottages sits 85 miles West of Austin. The physical address to the location is 3319 Lower Crabapple Rd, Fredericksburg, TX 78624. If flying, the San Antonio airport is approximately 74 miles away, with Austin-Bergstrom airport being approx. 86 miles away from site. The venue itself sits about 4 miles outside of Fredericksburg, so plenty close to be able to enjoy all that the town has to offer! Wineries, museums, shops, restaurants, hiking, etc.

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, you can have it delivered to our home. There will be a wedding card box at our reception.

Both the ceremony and reception will be indoors! There is an outdoor space that will be utilized for cocktail hour and for relaxing in the later evening :)
