The dress code is cocktail attire. Please no jeans, flip flops, or T-shirts. The ceremony will be outside, as will the cocktail hour. The reception will be indoors.
Will there be parking on site?
There will be parking at the venue. However, there is absolutely NO PARKING OVERNIGHT. The venue is strict about this rule, please plan accordingly.
Are we able to take photos during the ceremony?
Our ceremony will be UNPLUGGED. Please be respectful of this as we do not want phones in our wedding photos. Our photographers will get the best photos and then we will share them with everyone.
Are our kids invited?
We love your kids. However, our wedding will be an adults only affair. Please treat this as date night and enjoy yourselves.
Do I have a plus one?
Unfortunately, we could not accommodate plus ones for each guest. When you RSVP your guest/partners name will be listed alongside yours.
RSVPs and Dinner Options
If you do not RSVP by a certain date, then we are sorry that you cannot make it. We must give our vendors a certain number at a certain time. We appreciate you being prompt with your RSVPs. If you RSVP yes, and do not choose a dinner option, an option will be chosen for you.
What is the shuttle schedule to and from the venue?
The shuttle will pick up/ drop off at the Hyatt Regency downtown. If you are staying at a different hotel please plan accordingly. The shuttle schedule will be up on our website and at the hotel before the wedding. Stay tuned!
What time is the ceremony?
The ceremony will begin at 5pm. If taking the shuttle you will be on time. If you are driving in please arrive by 4:45pm to find your seat.
