Justin and Lindsey are introduced by a mutual friend (thanks, Sonja!) at the Oak Ridge 10-Miler in January 2021.

Justin and Lindsey start running—together—with various Knoxville and Oak Ridge running groups. Somewhere in this timeframe, they hang out at some breweries. (Justin thinks he's a third wheel; this is definitely not the case.)
