There are a few airport options depending on your travel plans. The Gunnison-Crested Butte Regional Airport is the closest, only forty minutes away from Crested Butte. Alternatively, if you plan to explore Colorado before/after the wedding, you can fly into Grand Junction (3-hour drive), Denver (5-hour drive) or Colorado Springs (4-hour drive) and turn your journey into a scenic road trip through the mountains.

No, guests will not have parking available. Please be aware that the limited parking available at the venue is exclusively designated for the bridal party, vendors, and the supply trailer. Guests will be required to utilize one of the two available shuttle options, please see the 'travel' tab for more information.

Yes, a shuttle will transport guests from the Nordic Inn to the Mountain Garden Wedding venue. For those not staying at the Nordic Inn, the walk to the Nordic is a short walk from most hotels (and the ski resort bus station/mountain express, see travel tab for more info). There is also a free shuttle service with numerous stops around Mt Crested Butte/Crested Butte directly drops guests off at the venue. Please be aware that the limited parking available at the venue is designated for the bridal party, vendors, and the supply trailer. Considering the outdoor venue, plan footwear accordingly. We request formal attire suitable for a summer evening in the mountains.

Both the ceremony and reception are at the Mountain Wedding Garden Venue. The ceremony is in the garden, and the reception is in the pavilion. There are stairs from the shuttle stop/parking area down to the garden and another set leading up to the pavilion.

There is no hotel block. The wedding party will be staying at the Nordic Inn Chalet, where many guests have also booked rooms. Other options within Crested Butte, close to the shuttle and venue, are available. Numerous AirBnB options in the area are also suitable.

Driving distance, they are about a half-mile apart. You can also walk through the ski resort common area, which is a slightly shorter route (.25 miles).
