20-30 minutes before our 6:30pm ceremony time. This gives us enough time to be on schedule. If you are late and the wedding has started, we ask you stand in the back until the ceremony is finished and then join us at the reception!

We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! Dress to impress in your best formal attire. Please no jeans/denim and avoid shades of white. The ceremony will be outdoors and the reception indoors.

No, while we love your little ones, this is an adult only event so everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us!

If you are able to RSVP when you receive your invitation, that is great and very helpful! The last day to RSVP is July 20, 2024. If we do not get an RSVP back by the date provided, it will be marked as a "No". We will miss you celebrating with us, however, we have to provide total guest counts to our vendors in a timely manner. Due to this we cannot accept late RSVP's, we hope that you understand!

We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning that once the ceremony begins, we ask that all phones be put away and silenced. We want everyone to be fully present with us and for our photographer to be able to capture the best pictures which we will share with you. Once the Ceremony is over feel free to take as many pictures as you'd like and don't forget to share them with us!

Yes, there is a large parking lot with a few handicap spots closer to the building. Cars may also be left overnight in the event you need to uber home.
