Our Wedding

The short story is Lindsey and Stephen met thanks to Torchy's Tacos. The long story is these two met thanks to Jared Gillow introducing them after getting to know them while working at Torchy's. Thanks to him, the couple started to get to know each other and hit it off. The first time Lindsey came in to visit Stephen, he gave her a cup of pico with no context, like a penguin trying to impress a mate. It left enough of an impression for Lindsey to agree to a real date. By the time their second date rolled around, Lindsey asked, “Have you ever seen the movie Redline?” only to find out that Jared had given Stephen a copy of the film shortly before passing away. The timing of this revelation was surreal, as though the universe itself had designed this moment for them—a kind of sign that they were meant to be. Through it all, the connection between Lindsey and Stephen grew stronger, and they have weathered life’s challenges side by side. Their love, tested by time, has only deepened, and what began as a chance meeting has blossomed into something unbreakable.
