The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Ladies are welcome to wear long, midi, or cocktail dresses. Gentlemen are welcome to wear a suit or sport coat and jeans. Cowboy hats are encouraged.

Please note: While we adore all your little ones, our wedding celebration will be limited to immediate family children only.

The church and venue both have plenty of parking onsite. At the venue, there will be parking attendants to guide you where to park. Vehicles left overnight must be picked up 9/22/24 between 10-11 am. Uber/Lyft are highly recommended.

No, other than the wedding party everyone will need to drive or Uber to the church and reception venue.

The entire ceremony and reception will be indoors. However, there is a very large patio at the venue that will be utilized.

The hotel block cut off is 8/20/24! We recommend booking as soon as possible to obtain the group rate discount. The rooms are under Rogers-Haas Wedding. If you are trying to book a room through the room block and there are no rooms available, please email us at JLHaas2024@gmail.com and we will notify the hotel to open up additional rooms.
