From the first day we met 6 years ago, I have had to pleasure to call Skye my best friend. Skye and I have shared countless memories, from being roommates, and music festivals, to traveling the world together, we are both always ready for the next adventure. Since Skye has moved to Denver, we still find ways to always be there for each other. Although I do not have a real sister, Skye has filled that role and I couldn’t imagine this special day without her by my side as my MOH.

Raechel and I have been friends since high school and she was told not to like me but I won her over by asking her to be my beer pong partner. Since then, she has been one of my best friends and when you’re with her it is never a dull moment. Raechel and I like to refer ourselves as the “dirty stay outs” which is an honor to be apart of because I can promise it will be one of the best nights of your life. I have always known that when my turn to have my special day would come, Raechel would be right next to me.

Out of all my friends I have actually known Ashley the longest and that is because our love for horses! Though Ashley and I did not get close until high school, her and I quickly meshed so well together. From our love for food and anything fun to do in the city, it is always the best times when she is around. Especially when I know she has a charcuterie board at home waiting for me to devour.

Renee and I met in college and I actually got to introduce her to her now husband. While at ISU, some of my best memories were with Renee. We both share a passion for cooking and overspending at Abercrombie. So happy that I not only have Renee standing beside me but I was able to stand up with her!

Gabi is my oldest cousin and I have always looked up to her since I can remember. I can honestly say that she is one of the reasons I graduated college. If you have ever received a professional email or paper from me, Gabi was behind it. Not only has she supported me through school but she is always someone I can count on to put me in the right path and I am proud to have her stand up with me.

Giovanna was always the “older sister” that was definitely embarrassed to be around me but still somehow I always found a way to tag along. She is definitely not the person to ask for their opinion if you don’t want the honest answer. Even though she would lock her closet every time I came over ( which was very often), I’m happy that she is still by my side.

Isabella is not only my youngest cousin she is also my God sister. When we were little we always were together and I think I spent more time at her house than my own. Gabi, Giovanna, and Isabella always included me and made me feel like I was apart of their sisterhood.

I think I can write an entire book about how amazing Hannah is. She is one of the most loyal, strongest women I know and I’m so proud to have her as one of my closest friends. Hannah and I were also roommates and it was one of the highlights of my life. I still wish I lived in that tiny duplex apartment with her and her husband Dan. To be honest, Dan could be a bridesmaid as well.

Claire was the first sibling that I got to meet from Matts family and since then she has always been around to tag along for a good time. She is a wonderful bonus that came along with Matt. I’m so excited to see what memories we can create as a family.

I am honored to have Sarah as one of my bridesmaids. She has always been a guiding light and has given me the chance to be an aunt! I didn’t just gain one new sister but I got two!

I actually have the pleasure to work with Alyssa and that is how we met! Since day one, we became extremely close and she is someone I know I can always count on even tho she sucks at responding to my texts. Alyssa has not only won over my heart but I do believe our dog Lupin might like her better than me now.

I met Anna during my time as a medical assistant scribe, and I knew right away we were going to be best friends. When I moved to the city, she ended up just a few streets away, and her boyfriend (now husband) lived within walking distance too. There were countless times I’d check her location and show up wherever she was, and every time, she welcomed me with open arms. She was never annoyed, and it always turned into another fun memory.
