What date should I RSVP by?

What is the address of the wedding ceremony and reception venue?
The ceremony and reception will be held at the same location! Both ceremony and reception will be inside.

Is there parking available at the venue?
Yes, The Blue Magnolia has ample free parking.
Will there be transporation to and from the hotel?
Yes, we have organized a shuttle bus to carry guests from the Hyatt Regency Conroe hotel to the venue, and back to the hotel at the end of the night!
Please meet at the hotel's reception at 4:00pm. The shuttle bus will leave the hotel at 4:10pm to head to the venue. The shuttle will be departing from the venue to the hotel at approximately 11:00pm.
Guests are also welcome to use Uber or other rideshare services if preferred.
What is the Dress Code for the Wedding?
Formal attire. Ladies - dresses; Gentlemen - suit and tie.
Do I get a plus one?
Yes, your invitation will have your name and guest on it.
Can I bring my children?
No, we want our wedding to be child free. Parents will be able to enjoy a night out!
Is it okay to take pictures during the cermony?
No, we would like a phone free ceremony so that our lovely photographers can get great pictures!
Is there a deadline to book a room in the wedding hotel block?
Yes! The deadline to book at the discounted rate is April 13th. Rooms may still be available after that date, but the special rate and availability cannot be guaranteed.
Additional Information
On Saturday, April 18th the Iron Man triathlon will also be taking place in The Woodlands. Please be sure to include extra travel time for road closures and detours! This will be especially applicable near Lake Woodlands.
