Lisa & Adam go way back to their days as campers at Driftwood Day Camp. Although they didn't know each other yet, their world's would collide again as they came back to camp as group leaders. Adam & Lisa would exchange glances across the field house and the soccer field, but only when Lisa decided to take a summer off, did Adam make his move. Adam reached out to Lisa to ask why she wasn't at camp, and asked Lisa to "not be a stranger". After texting back and forth for a few days, Adam & Lisa decided to go bowling. That night, Lisa was blown away by Adam's bowling skills and with how easy it was for the two of them to be goofy and ridiculous with one another. Suffice it to say that after that night, Adam & Lisa would never be strangers again.
That week, Lisa & Adam went to Walls Wharf for their first fancy dinner date. Adam brought Lisa yellow roses (her favorite) and off they went. Adam & Lisa sat down for dinner and Adam had a pickle next to his favorite steak sando. Adam seemed displeased with the pickle so Lisa dared him to try it, knowing that he hates pickles (duh). In an effort to impress Lisa, Adam tried the tiniest sliver of that pickle, and Lisa was indeed impressed (sorta). After dinner, Adam & Lisa searched for shells, and then sat down on the beach. They found one shell and Adam has had it ever since that day. Adam asked Lisa to be his girlfriend and they watched the almost too good to be true fireworks over the water.
A little over a year later, Adam took Lisa back to Walls Wharf. They had their same sandwich with the pickle on the side, and took a walk after dinner where they searched for shells again. Lisa turned around to find Adam on one knee, asking Lisa to marry him. Lisa jumped up and down for a solid minute or two, and finally said yes to a lifetime of being weird with her best friend.
Adam & Lisa could not be more excited to share their wedding day with all of you!
