Zachery and Lisa met in 2022 while looking for love on a dating app called Hinge. They spoke for a few weeks while Zack was driving flatbed trucks all across the country before finally being able to meet the week of Thanksgiving.

Their first date was at Southerntier Brewing where they got to know each other over drinks and Buffalo chicken wing dip. Once trivia started, Zack showed his funny and intelligent side and they each shared their goals and plans for the future.

And as the saying goes...the rest is history!

Throughout almost one year of a long distance relationship, Zack and Lisa talked on the phone for hours each day learning more about one another. Lisa always looked forward to the one week a month that Zack would be home on break and they had many fun dates.

In the fall of 2023, they bought a house together, adopted a Goldendoodle named Daisy, and both got new jobs. Zack left over the road trucking to settle down and became a diesel mechanic and Lisa became a manager at the Curtiss Hotel.

Just one short year after they began dating, Lisa found out she was pregnant with their beautiful baby boy, Jameson. What an exciting surprise and such a blessing!

Then, on June 16, 2024, Zack proposed to Lisa at Knox Farm State Park during their maternity photoshoot. One week later, on June 27, 2024, they legally tied the knot at Newstead Town Hall. Just in time for baby boy to be born one month later on July 31, 2024!

So, now that their whirlwind of a love story is calming down a bit and they are settling into their new roles as parents and a couple, Zack and Lisa are overjoyed to be celebrating their wedding day with friends and family and the spiritual bond that will begin on June 29, 2025.
