The shuttle will transport all guests from the Hotel to the Wedding Venue at 2:30pm to allow guests to arrive comfortably before the ceremony begins at 3pm. Only one trip will be made to the Venue. There will be two trips from the Venue back to the Hotel, once earlier in the evening after the main festivities, and again at the end of the night.

Cocktail hour will begin directly after the ceremony ends, with dinner and festivities to follow. There will be transportation provided back to the hotel, once earlier in the evening and once at the end of the night.
