We have arranged a room block for our guests at the Omni Interlocken Hotel in Broomfield (this is also the reception location). Please see the Travel page for details on how to reserve a room at the Omni in our room block. We recommend booking your room early. There are also several other hotel options in the immediate area.

A shuttle will be available to take guests from the Omni hotel to the ceremony at St. John's Church then back to the Omni. Please indicate in your RSVP if you plan to use the shuttle to the ceremony so we can get an accurate headcount. Details about the shuttle will be added to the website when available.

Yes, guests are invited to take the shuttle to/from the ceremony whether or not you are staying at the Omni. You are welcome to park at the Omni and take the shuttle to the ceremony from there.

St. John's Episcopal Church does NOT have a parking lot. Nearby street parking can be limited. The City of Boulder 11th & Spruce Parking Garage (1100 Spruce St, Boulder, CO 80302) is about a 10 minute walk to the church. Parking fees may apply for either street or garage parking. We recommend taking the guest shuttle from the Omni. There is ample parking at the Omni for hotel and wedding guests.

Cocktail attire: a suit or dress shirt with a tie, a midi- or knee-length dress or dressy separates are recommended

The ceremony is indoors at St. John's Episcopal Church in Boulder. The reception will take place at the Omni's covered outdoor Pavilion. Cocktail Hour is also at the Pavilion and adjacent outdoor grass area.

We recommend checking the weather close to the wedding as Colorado weather can be variable and change rapidly. At the end of June in Boulder/Broomfield it is typically warm and pleasant, with average highs climbing from the mid-70s to the mid-80s Fahrenheit and lows in the mid-50s. Expect sunny days, some breezy conditions, and a relatively low chance of rain, though occasional afternoon thunderstorms can occur, bringing light precipitation.

A vegetarian meal option will be available. We will do our best to accommodate any other dietary restriction upon request. Please indicate any dietary restrictions in your RSVP.

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements for childcare so you can celebrate with us.
