Please plan to be at the church - Barrie Hill United Church, located at 5702 Wellington Road 29, Rockwood, Ont. N0B 2K0 - by 1:50 pm, so you have time to park, use the restroom if necessary, and take a seat before the service starts at 2 :00 pm. There will be someone there directing you to your parking spot.

The service will include a unique mini-concert and last approx. 1 hour.

After the service is over, all guests will drive to our home - 8477 Side Road 10, Guelph/Eramosa, N0B 2K0 - for a reception. There will be drinks and appetizers available, a fun photo booth, music and mingling! Everyone is welcome to take a walk around the property, too, especially those who haven't visited before! (please note the photo booth is only here for the reception, so be sure to get your picture taken before dinner!)

You will be directed to a parking spot on the property by an attendant. If you have any mobility issues, please advise the attendant, who will direct you accordingly.

There will be comfortable and easily accessible trailer washrooms beside the house.

The bride and groom and bridal party will have pictures taken on the property, after which there will be a receiving line outside the tent (approximately 5pm-ish).

The reception will last until 5:45 pm, at which time everyone will move into the tent on the property, for the wedding party introduction, toasts and then dinner.

Following dinner, there will be dancing to a live DJ on a dance floor in the tent (feel free to bring your dancing shoes if your other shoes are not that comfortable!) ; )

We have a noise by-law exemption until 12:30 am, but out of respect for our neighbours, will turn the volume down a little bit after 11 pm! The dancing and mingling will continue...!

There will be a dessert table after dinner and late night nosh snack at 11pm.
