The ceremony will be brief, lasting approximately 30 minutes, but we ask that you select attire that is respectful of the setting. Think polished and tasteful without being overly formal – something appropriate for the meaningful occasion while also being comfortable for standing during our short service. Following the ceremony, we'll transition to our home for the more relaxed Resort Casual Caribbean celebration, so you may want to consider clothing that transitions well between both events or bring a few casual accessories to shift into the more relaxed reception atmosphere. For our backyard Caribbean celebration, we invite you to dress in resort casual attire. Think comfortable elegance that works for our tropical theme while allowing you to enjoy the festivities. Ladies, consider flowing sundresses, colorful maxi dresses, elegant jumpsuits, or nice pants paired with a beautiful blouse. Wedges, dressy sandals, or flats are perfect for navigating the backyard setting. Gentlemen, opt for lightweight pants or nice shorts paired with a crisp button-down shirt, guayabera, or polo in breathable fabrics. Loafers, boat shoes, or dressy sandals complete the look. We encourage tropical colors and patterns that embrace the Caribbean spirit while ensuring you're comfortable for an evening of delicious food, island music, and dancing under the stars. The goal is to look polished yet relaxed – as if you're at an island resort!
