Lisa and Eric met around 1994 at The Blue Terrapin in Elizabethtown, PA. Eric was playing with Double Dose at the time and there was always an undeniable attraction, but both were married and well, c’est la vie.
Over the years they would see each other off and on both at Double Dose reunions and at Potter County and there always just seemed to be an attraction.
On a beautiful day in June, 2021, unbenounced to Eric, their mutual friends Andy and Amy brought Lisa to a show in Pittsburgh. It was an outdoor event and, just after the opening band, a big storm came in. theCAUSE, Eric’s band, never got to play. But during the storm, Eric and Lisa finally connected. After almost 25 years the friendship and admiration from afar turned into true love.
