The ceremony will start at 4:00 outside at the gazebo behind the hotel.

You can park anywhere in the hotel parking lot, and if that becomes full you may park in front of the visitors center at the entrance. From there it is about a 2 block walk, however transportation can be arranged.

Yes, from approximately 4:30 pm to 5:30 pm there will be music, hors d'oeuvres, and an open bar.

The reception will be held in the White House Tent directly behind the ceremony space. The tent is a permanent structure with heating/cooling, plumbing, a full bar, and a dance floor. Family-style dinner will be served at 6:00 pm, followed by dancing at 7:00 pm. Come ready to boogie! There will also be an outdoor fire pit and yard games.
