Jose and Lisbeth first met in May of 2009 during Liz' prom night. Liz first caught Jose's eye in the after party prom event. They built a friendship through the first five years.

On January 7, 2014 Jose popped the first question and that is when the journey began.

A few of Liz and Jose's favorite memories from their time together: Attending many concerts, fishing, traveling (specially to key west) and going to dinner. Lets not forget, Jose being Liz' student and study buddy throughout her bachelor's and master's program. Jose sat through her stress, tears, math lectures, and learning disability evaluations like a champ.

On November 22, 2024 Jose made the commitment and proposed to Liz. It was an intimate proposal, as close family members and friends attended and surprised Liz as she walked in.

The date is set for April 20th, 2024 in where Jose and Lisbeth will join their lives forever under god.
