We understand that guests are coming from far and wide, and have little ones to look after. Children are allowed at the event. However, we would prefer to not have young ones under 3 years old at the ceremony. Please contact us for further questions.

Our dress code is Black Tie Optional. While formal attire is welcome, we also want you to feel comfortable. Feel free to showcase your style with elegant evening wear, and gentlemen, a suit and tie will be just as fantastic. Note that the ceremony and cocktail hour will be held on green grass. We recommend suitable footwear for our outdoor celebration.

The festivities will wrap up around 10:45 PM, but the memories will last a lifetime! We will have an after-party in Downtown Seattle at W Living Room, part of the W Seattle hotel.

Transportation will be provided to and from the venue for the ceremony/reception. Buses will leave the the W Seattle hotel at 4:30pm and return from The Club at Snoqualmie Ridge at 10:45pm.
