Our story started back in October of 2020 thanks to Kristin Linhart! Lissie and Kristin were working at Shale Tavern and Grille together and one night after a shift they were sitting at the bar talking about life when Kristin had the idea to try to set her up with the perfect guy to help get over a recent breakup! Kristin began to tell Lissie about Matt, which eventually led to the start of Matt and Lissie talking to each other through social media. We laugh about it now, but Kristin was pretty much talking to herself off our phones because neither of us knew what to say to each other! After getting the initial gitters out, we started getting to know each other on our own but still hadn't met in person. Later in October, Lissie and two of her friends went on a day trip to Columbus. On their way back home Matt bet Lissie she wouldn't drive to his house to finally meet in person. To Matt's surprise, Lissie showed up and as Matt likes to say Lissie never left after that!! 
Now we get to celebrate our love story with some of our favorite people, we can’t wait to be with you all in August!
