Liv and Matt met in a friends apartment building on New Years Eve 2020. We had the same group of friends and only saw each other every once in a while - but never really talked. Flash forward to March of 2021, the group of friends took a trip up to Lutsen, Minnesota for skiing and snowboarding. Liv and Matt became closer friends and began talking everyday. Another fast forward to July of 2021, Matt and Liv moved into a house with some friends. From late night chats, lots of laughs, and being in the same house they became very close. As the great Taylor Swift says “My advice is to always ruin the friendship, better that than regret it for all time.” From dating, moving into a townhome together, to adopting their puppy Willow, buying a house and all the small and big moment in between their love only grew more and more. On January 29th, 2025 while cooking steaks on the deck of their home, Matt got down on knee. It is crazy to think these last few years were just the beginning to our forever. We can’t wait to spend a lifetime together.
