Liv and Evan's escapades kicked off in the bustling halls of UTSA, where fate played matchmaker, reluctantly bringing these two together. Little did they know, destiny had a quirky sense of humor in store for them. Amidst the textbooks and lectures, Liv embarked on a whimsical exploration of the streets of Barcelona. Surprisingly, Evan found himself in the same city, and a chance encounter at a charming bar set the stage for a dance under the stars— a night that even fate couldn't resist joining in on. Time passed, but destiny had more plot twists up its sleeve. A mutual friend's wedding in the picturesque San Miguel de Allende became the backdrop for their reunion. As they danced the night away, a shooting star painted the sky, sharing secrets only Liv and Evan could understand (or at least pretend to). Fast forward to Houston, where fate's cosmic dance took an unexpected turn. Liv's flight rerouted by a tornado and a thick fog on her return from a cruise added suspense to their story, leaving them at a crossroads. Liv's mother, ever the romantic, sensed the magic and persuaded her daughter to extend her stay, unknowingly altering the course of their love story. Seizing the opportunity, Liv joined Evan on a spontaneous camping trip armed with nothing but her spirit and a bag filled with essentials—sunscreen, yoga pants, and bikinis. Into the unknown they went, sparking a flame that would soon become an unstoppable blaze. In a whirlwind of persuasive moments, Liv convinced Evan to travel from Madrid to San Diego, defying the odds of distance and circumstance. As the world found itself wrapped in the embrace of a pandemic, Liv and Evan sought solace in each other, navigating uncertain times hand in hand—because, let's face it, even destiny couldn't have predicted a plot twist like that.

Parking at the Venue 

Parking is extremely limited and it is recommend that you take an Uber or Lyft to the event during peak Summer season.&nbsp; There are about 100 parking spaces between both lots, however these are also public lots on the weekends, and it is all first come first serve parking. Lots P002 and P003 are the closest lots to the venue.Lot P002 is for vendor loading/unloading.Lots P007, P006, and P008 are overflow lots.

There are many beautiful places to stay in San Diego. We have highlighted 2 areas for you to pick a hotel or AirBnb to stay in: 	a.) Pacific Beach - This is the town we live in and love to share with visitors! It's full of life with it's two coast lines, restaurants, bars and parks. A 15 minute drive from the wedding venue are the Pacific Beach and Mission Bay boardwalks to explore. One is more lively than the other, can you figure out which they are? 	b.) La Jolla - This is where the wedding venue is located. This area is typically quieter with a classier approach to enjoying the sunsets. The hotel here was chosen due to it's pricing and proximity to the venue. There is also a large outdoor mall and several restaurants nearby. If you stay here, we'd suggest renting a car to get around and explore the center of La Jolla where you can watch the sea lions sun bathe and fine dine.

Convenient to La Jolla and the University of California San Diego, this high-rise Marriott property is just a 20 minute drive to downtown San Diego. Its modern and spacious lobby, with a lively cocktail bar. The location is great, as it is close to shopping and dining with easy freeway access with about 15 minutes drive to the beach.

Bahia Resort Hotel

Recommended neighborhoods for Airbnbs:1. La Jolla: The upscale coastal area 14 miles north of downtown has beautiful ocean views,&nbsp;ritzy boutiques, fine dining, good schools, and a pedestrian-friendly “downtown” lined with murals. La Jolla is home to some of San Diego’s best beaches, like La Jolla Shores and Windansea Beach, and the popular hiking trails of&nbsp;<a href="http://www.sandiegomagazine.com/San-Diego-Magazine/April-2015/Inside-the-Icon-Torrey-Pines-State-Reserve/" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Torrey Pines State Natural Reserve</a>. 2) Pacific Beach: This beachy&nbsp;hood by the boardwalk has a laid-back feel. It’s known for casual eateries and bars—of the dive, tiki, and hotel variety—with an emphasis on millennials and bike theft. Some think it feels a little young and rowdy, but the northern area is more suburban, with decent schools and Kate Sessions Park, a beautiful green space with downtown and bay views. The three-star resort is located on the Sail Bay part of Mission Bay with ocean beach access and views. Families like the calm bay beaches here. The resort has a casual 1950s Polynesian vibe. Reasonable pricing for beach access and amenities.
