Please plan to arrive by 4:15 for adequate time to find parking and walk to ceremony location.

We will have both the ceremony and reception at Briar Patch - a lovely Bed and Breakfast nestled in the foothills of the mountains. The entire venue is booked for our event. Weather permitting, the ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outside on grassy areas. The reception will all be indoors. Come for a time of joy, celebration, dance, games, and more!

Semi-formal or cocktail attire is requested for our wedding. The ceremony will take place outdoors on a grassy area, which is a short walk form the gravel parking lot. Please plan your footwear accordingly!

There is ample parking past the main building on grass and in a gravel parking lot. Parking areas will be designated with signs.

We will like to have an unplugged wedding ceremony. Please turn your phones off for the ceremony, but feel free to snap as many as you want during cocktail/reception!

To the best of our knowledge, we have planned for your special needs already! While the ceremony will take place outside on a grassy area that is a brief (2-3 minute walk) from the parking lot, a shuttle will be available for those who require assistance. The reception venue is all one level and guests will not have to climb any stairs. You can list your dietary restrictions on your online RSVP form. Feel free to reach out to us with any other questions or to confirm your needs match our knowledge.

We decided to go for simplified gift registry. No need to worry about bring large gift items. On the registry page, you will see two options. You can contribute directly to our honeymoon fund or drop a giftcard in the card box at the wedding. Thanks!

Light hors d'oeuvres will be a served during cocktail hour. A buffet dinner will follow. Menu will be 100% nut free. Please list your dietary restrictions on your RSVP. Wine and beer will be served.

There is an alternate indoor location in the event of rain or extreme heat.

Our wedding will be largely western style, no surprises you need to watch out for and no need to worry about faux pas!
