If you choose to take arranged transportation to the cocktail hour/reception, here are the pickup locations/times*:
4:20pm | Bus is waiting at The Ryder hotel for guests from Ryder AND Grand Bohemian (Grand Bohemian guests should walk over)
4:30pm | Guests all aboard + heads to Hotel Emeline
4:35pm | Picks up guests from Hotel Emeline + heads to The Dewberry
4:45pm | Picks up guests from The Dewberry + heads to Gadsden House
4:55pm | Drops off at Gadsden House
5:00pm | COCKTAIL HOUR BEGINS AT GADSDEN

Shuttle service will also be available after the reception for those who need transportation in downtown Charleston.

*If you are not staying at any of the above hotels, feel free to walk over to any of the pickup locations to utilize the shuttle
