Event-day bus transportation will depart from the Bethel Inn (21 Broad Street) at 3:00 PM. Buses will depart from the Farmhouse to take guests back to downtown Bethel at 9:00 and 10:00 PM. All other weekend events (welcome drinks, after-party and Sunday bagels) will take place in downtown Bethel. The Bethel area has very limited rideshare and taxi options. Given this, we strongly encourage all guests to book accommodations in downtown Bethel to make transportation to and from your lodging as simple as possible.

Downtown Bethel has a mix of lodging options, including traditional bed & breakfasts, Airbnbs, and the Bethel Inn & Resort. Discounted rates are available at the following locations. Please call and say that you are with the Carson-Hanson wedding when making reservations.

The Bethel Inn is the largest hotel in downtown Bethel and offers a mix of hotel rooms and townhouses. Amenities include an 18-hole golf course, heated outdoor saltwater pool, spa, dining room, and tavern.

NOTE: The Inn has a three-night minimum for Labor Day weekend. Guests can book any three nights from September 2nd-6th. Because our event is off-site, we cannot “block” rooms at the Bethel Inn, so we recommend calling soon to book.
