We will have a shuttle that will travel back and forth from the venue to hotel.

The cutoff date to book a room for our group will be Wednesday July 6th 2022. Any rooms not reserved by July 6, 2022 will be released and the same rates and/or rooms can no longer be guaranteed.

Parking: One parking spot will be provided for each room, in the adjacent parking ramp (height clearance 6’8'') with a convenient entrance to the hotel lobby. Kiosks are located on the 1st floor of ramp.
