Zach and Liz met on an infamous dating app and their first date was at the Old Town Warren Theatre to see Baby Driver. After the movie, they took a walk that lasted hours through old town and Riverside, getting to know each other.

Fast forward 5 years and they own a home in Riverside with their dog Corkie.

Zach and Liz had been together for over 5 years when they got engaged. They realized they shared loves of watching movies in the theater, making cocktails, taking long walks, and more. They grew together by helping each other through career changes, goal making, their successes and their failures. But even when they're not doing something together they love just being in the company of each other in their home. Liz loves spoiling their dog while watching murder shows, and Zach makes models and miniatures with his 3D printers, all while on their couch together.

Zach and Liz visited Boston together for the first time in 2021. Zach coaches rowing and Liz loves anything near the water. Since then they both expressed how much they loved it. When they went back again in the fall of 2022, Zach took Liz down to the docks while they talked about dreams of moving there, and got on one knee.
