What is the dress code?

The dress code for our wedding is casual/semi-formal/cocktail attire. Think cocktail dresses or a casual suit and tie or a sports coat. Please keep in mind the ceremony and cocktail hour are outdoors (except in the event of inclement weather), so please be prepared and dress comfortably for mid October weather in NY!

What color(s) will the wedding party be wearing?

Bridesmaids will be wearing burgundy floor length dresses, and groomsmen will be wearing gray vests/pants with white shirts and burgundy ties/bowties.

What does the food and drink scene look like?

There will be warm cider and cider donuts at the welcome barn as you enter the venue. During the cocktail hour, there will be passed appetizers and grazing tables along with a limited open bar. For dinner, you can expect a buffet style meal with gourmet barbeque food. Last but certainly not least, we will have an assortment of mini desserts as well as "late night snacks."

Can I park on site?

No - there is very limited parking that is restricted to vendors, staff, and the wedding party/immediate family. If you have not been informed that you can park on site, then please plan to use the shuttle service at the hotels as described in the "Transportation and Lodging" section.

What time should I arrive?

Please plan to arrive any time between 2:30 pm and 3:45 pm so that you will have time to find a seat for the ceremony at 4:00 pm.

How can we spend our time during the cocktail hour and reception?

Why, eating, drinking, and dancing of course! Additionally, there will be a photo booth with props inside the lower portion of the barn. Outside, there will be lawn games to play and a small bonfire later at night.

Are children allowed?

We respectfully request no children at our wedding celebrations. We hope you understand and can still join us on our special day. Please reach out to us if you are unable to make arrangements for your children.
